I want to order a title that isn't listed on this web site. Can Subscriber's Choice order it for me?
Most likely we can! Subscriber's Choice handles so many titles (over 200,000) that we can't possibly list them all. In addition, some publishers only allow their titles to be sold online through their own websites. If you're looking for a title that isn't listed, please contact us!

How long will it take for my subscription to begin?
Weekly magazines usually begin to arrive about 4-6 weeks after they were ordered; monthly magazines begin within 6-10 weeks, and bimonthly or quarterly magazines can take a bit longer since they are published less frequently.

Can Subscriber's Choice renew a magazine that I originally ordered elsewhere?
Absolutely. Just provide us with the name and address exactly as it appears on a current mailing label. If you know the expiration date (usually found on the mailing label), please provide that as well.

Can I order a gift for someone through this website?
Yes, it's easy! Just be sure to enter the recipient's name and address in the "shipping information" section, and your name and address in the "billing information" section during checkout. If you would like a gift card mailed out, please include any special instructions in the "gift message" box. Since gift cards are mailed out directly from our office, we can accommodate any special requests, such as mailing out the card within one business day, including a message of your choice, or sending the card to you so that you can present it in person.

I am moving. Can Subscriber's Choice change the address on my subscriptions?
Subscriber's Choice will be happy to take care of address changes for any subscriptions that we have ordered for you. Just email us with your new address and the date of your move.

Will my subscription be renewed automatically?
Never! Subscriber's Choice will send you a renewal reminder at the appropriate time, and your subscription will only be renewed if you instruct us to do so.

I renewed a subscription, but now I am receiving duplicate copies. What should I do?
Unfortunately, this occasionally happens. Most likely there is a slight difference between the two mailing labels that caused a second subscription to be generated, instead of a renewal being added to the original subscription. Just contact us, and if possible, provide us with the name and address exactly as they appear on both mailing labels. Subscriber's Choice will contact the publisher for you and have this corrected. We will also make sure that your subscription is extended to make up for the duplicates you have received.

Can I order more than one subscription to the same magazine, to be delivered to the same name and address?
Sometimes our customers want more than one copy of a magazine; for example, to place in a busy waiting room. This is not a problem with most magazines, but there are some publishers who do not allow multiple (bulk) orders. Simply contact Subscriber's Choice, and we can let you know what the policy is for the title(s) you are interested in.

Can magazines on this website be sent to addresses outside of the U.S.?
This website is only set up to deliver magazines to U.S. addresses. For delivery to another country, please email us with your specific request.

Will Subscriber's Choice share my information with anyone else?
We will send your name and address (and business or school name if you are receiving a business or student/educator rate) to the publisher. Aside from that, Subscriber's Choice will NOT share any of your information with any other party, for any reason.

Are there any additional charges, such as shipping or tax?
No. Shipping is always included in the cost of the magazine. Most states do not tax magazine subscriptions, but if tax is required, we will pay it for you. And gift cards are mailed out courtesy of Subscriber's Choice.
